What are the dates for next year's event? 12th and 13th July 2008.
Bed and Breakfast (Guest houses)
There are no facilities for members of the public to stay on the event site after hours. (This includes camping.)
Train times (Local station is called 'Ashchurch for Tewkesbury')
National Express Coach Times (Local stops are Cheltenham and Gloucester)
The event is located in Tewkesbury off the M5 junction 9, approximately 10 miles north of Cheltenham
Access. Due to the nature of the site, people with restricted mobility and wheelchair users may have difficulty in accessing all area of the festival. The entire site is approximately half a mile across and consists of various fields connected by a combination of gateways and paths through hedgerows. We do not wish to turn anyone away from the event as everyone is welcome but as the event is free entry and self funding we simply do not have the finance, nor authority from land owners, to make the entire site wheelchair accessible. We hope you are able to attend and to enjoy the festival. If do experience difficulties we would love some feedback on realistic ways that we can make the event more accessible.
Parking. If
you require wheel chair access we would recommend using one of the permanent
car parks within the town as the public car park at the site is no more than a
farm field. We should point out that parking for the participants is also in
farm fields. If you require close parking we recommend that you assess the
situation on the day as you may wish to drop off your disabled party at the
festival entrance or you may find the car parking field close enough for your
needs.
